In addition to weight training and cardiovascular exercise to fuel weight loss and build strength, I combine mobility/corrective exercises into my workouts to create a fitness program to keep you free of injury and aid in recovery. As a fitness trainer, I help my clients accomplish their goals while keeping them safe from injury. I believe in working hard and making progress but doing it in a way that makes it benefit you twenty, thirty, forty years down the road rather than getting you injured. It is important for everyone to figure out what they like in fitness/exercise and go after it. The key to success is enjoying it! Not many people stick with something long-term that they don’t enjoy and I haven’t met anyone who was in shape and healthy who didn’t enjoy what they practiced to get there.

I push my clients to workout on their own. It allows us to make more progress and set that person up for success in the future if they ever decide to stop training. My routines cover everything from- strength training, mobility/flexibility, high-intensity interval training, agility/coordination, corrective exercises, and form. I am a  personal trainer who keeps his clients in a well-balanced program while keeping an emphasis on accomplishing their goals.
